In this Episode I am joined by the Host of "Turtle Tracks" Brian VanHooker as we dive into the issues about some of the Maritime Mutants the Turtles run into. First The Turtles meet the Environmentally conscious Ray Fillet, a man mutated to a Manta Ray Mutant. Then we see the origin of the Alligator Agitator of the Turtles Leatherhead. These issues are also the return of Bebop and Rocksteady from Dimension X!
